🚚 Shipping Information
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days, depending on order volume. Orders placed before 1pm are eligible for same-day dispatch where possible.
Alloy Wheels
All alloy wheel orders are shipped via DPD using a fully tracked and insured service.
- Estimated delivery time: 1–3 working days after dispatch
- Fully insured and trackable
- Signature may be required on delivery
Smaller Items
Items such as tail lights, headlights, steering wheels and exhaust tips are shipped using Evri or Royal Mail.

📦 Order Processing
We work hard to process and dispatch all orders quickly. During busy periods, dispatch times may vary slightly, but we always aim to keep delays to a minimum.
If you require an update on your order, our team is available to assist with fast response times.
📍 Collection Information
We offer free collection from our location in Loughton, Essex.
- Collection available within approximately 2-3 hours of order confirmation
- Select “Collection” at checkout
- Our team will contact you when your order is ready
Collection is a great option if you need your items quickly or prefer to pick up in person.
